Christine Chang

Christine Chang is a senior EU Advisor for Research & Innovation, and Education at the Helsinki EU Office. Her responsibilities include advancing the members’ interests in EU research & innovation, and education policy, promoting funding opportunities, and conducting EU advocacy work. 

Christine has a decade of experience leading the preparation, implementation, and management of strategic EU projects at the Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Council, focusing on research, innovation and entrepreneurship. She also serves as the regional coordinator of the European Circular Innovation Valley (ECIV). Christine holds an Executive MBA from Aalto University and has a professional background spanning Finland, Taiwan, and the USA.
