Iiro Kangas is a Senior EU Advisor of the European Union Digitalisation and Health Politics at Helsinki EU Office. Earlier he has been working as a Senior Specialist at the Permanent Representation of Finland to the EU and as a Accredited Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament. Iiro Kangas has graduated as a Master of Administrative Sciences in local and regional governance from the University of Tampere.
