Konsta ylimaunu is the Deputy Head of Helsinki EU Office and Senior EU Advisor of cultural and creative policies as well as the regional and urban policies of the EU. He is also responsible for the delegations, event production and communications of the Helsinki EU Office. Konsta Ylimaunu is also acting as the Co-Lead of the Design & Creativity Working Group in the European Regions Research and Innovation Network (ERRIN). Earlier, he has been working as an EU Coordinator at the East & North Finland EU Office. Konsta has graduated as a Master of Arts in general history from the University of Oulu.
