Leila Kylliäinen

Leila Kylliäinen works as a senior EU advisor for digital and health at the Helsinki EU Office. Her responsibilities include monitoring EU policy and funding in these fields, as well as EU advocacy work.

Previously, Leila has worked in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland and in the European Parliament. Leila holds a master’s degree from Leiden University in Cyber security management (MSc) and a bachelor’s degree from Maastricht University in European Studies (BA).
