Rosa Kotoaro

Rosa Kotoaro is a Senior EU Advisor focusing on research, innovation and education policy as well as cultural and creative sectors at the Helsinki EU Office. Her responsibilities include monitoring and providing advice on EU policy and funding in these fields, as well as EU advocacy work.

Previously, Rosa has worked for example in public affairs consulting and the EU institutions. She holds a master’s degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
