Networking seminar “One Health Unveiled: Bridging the Gaps for Global Well-being”
The Estonian University of Life Sciences and the Estonian Research Council cordially invite you to attend the seminar “One Health Unveiled: Bridging the Gaps for Global Well-being“, scheduled for Wednesday, January 31, from 12:30 to 16.15, followed by the networking Reception at the Permanent Representation of Estonia to the EU (Rue Guimard 11/13, 1040 Brussels).
In response to recent pandemics, the imperative role of the One Health approach in improving global health has become evident. Recognizing the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health is essential for addressing emerging global health challenges. The EU Global Health Strategy emphasizes digitalization, research, and skilled professionals as key enablers to improve healthcare worldwide. A crucial element of the strategy involves implementing the One Health approach, expanding international health partnerships, fostering shared responsibility, and leveraging the Team Europe approach.
The seminar seeks to inspire dialogue, knowledge exchange, and innovative solutions that support the One Health approach.
